Delivery and Returns Policy
Mainland UK - Delivery is charged at £2.95 for order values up to, and including £34.99. Order values in excess of £34.99 recieve free delivery.
Orders placed before 11am on weekdays will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after midday Saturday will be despatched on Monday. Deliveries to the North of Scotland may take a little longer. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional cost - please contact us for details.
We use a variety of services to dispatch items, based on weight and value. Heavier, bulky, more valuable items are shipped by tracked courier where possible. Lighter, flat, lower value orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Service.
If you require an item urgently, please contact us via email and we will do our best to help.
Orders made between the 14th and 23rd of December are automatically upgraded to 1st class Royal Mail, where possible.
Please note: Wednesdays, Sundays, and Bank holidays are non-working days and therefore orders received on these days will be processed on the next working day.
At Adamontise we appreciate your business, therefore as a thank you, any orders for Mainland UK, placed over £35 will be delivered free of charge.
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to give an estimated time of delivery or offer you an alternative product.
For deliveries to Scottish Islands, N. Ireland, Ireland, Guernsey and Isle of Man, please contact us via the website or facebook for postage costs/options.
Any queries must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in their original undamaged packaging. We will then either send a replacement or issue a refund for the returned item.
Please note that the postage cost to return any items will be your responsibility (unless the item is faulty), and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we can not be responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
In the case of items damaged during delivery, please provide us with photos of any damage by email so that we can immediately place a claim with our courier and then issue a replacement to you, where stock levels allow, or a refund.
